Administrative assistant

Our client is an international company, one of the world's leaders in agriculture, announces a competition for the vacant position of «Administrative assistant».

 

Responsibilities:

- Greet visitors, handle their inquiries, inform the apropriate persons about a meeting;

- Dealing with telephone and email inquiries, providing with information the callers, taking messages or transfering calls to the appropriate persons;

- Receiving and forwarding incoming correspondence;

- Registration of incoming and outgoing documents;

- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges;

- Assistance in arrangement of meetings in the office, preparation the required materials;

- Review and process invoices, payment requests, in collaboration with the Accounting departments;

- Prepare and submit admin statistics report and other reports as requested;

- Maintain a clean and safe reception area by effectively complying to company / facility procedures.

 

Requirements:

- Higher education;

- Work experience on the similar position will be preferable;

- English — Upper Intermediate level;

- Excellent team working skills, communication skills;

- Ability to organize and plan own work;

- Attention to detail, work with tight deadlines;

- Ability to deal with sensitive information;

- Good command of MS Office Word, Excel, including working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and PowerPoint presentation software packages.
