Sales Development Trainer
ZEST Outsourcing is looking for a «Sales Development Trainer» for an international company, manufacturer and marketer of home appliances.
- Preparation of basic materials based on information from the head office and the building established by the marketing team.
- Organization of technical support for training.
- Conduct face to face and web-based trainings classes.
- Preparation of primary materials and preparation of new primary audits.
- Work with internal and external clients for organizing trainings.
- Improving existing programs.
- Cooperation with the customer support department, sales department, marketing groups, sales teams and regional teams.
- Implementation of monthly packages according to marketing plans and plans for the website (on-line and off-line materials).
- Managing budgets, that are allocated for training.
- University degree.
- 3+ years of relevant experience: preferably in a similar industry or FMCG.
- Sales experience - preferably.
- English — Upper-Intermediate level.
- High level of communication and organizational skills.
- Propensity for self-development and active life position.
